By purchasing from Peptari, you confirm that you will use products solely for legitimate scientific research purposes.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Custom bulk and white-label pricing is available upon request.
Each product batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) verifying identity, purity, and quality. CoA documents are available upon request and through your account portal.
Orders are shipped with appropriate temperature controls. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and selected service level. Peptari is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Refunds or replacements will be issued after inspection.
Peptari provides products as-is for research purposes. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
